Scope: Development of the Detailed Architecture and Engineering Project for the work of the second concession, which includes:
- New Passenger Terminal Building (9,400 m2).
- Remodeling of an existing building for DGAC administrative facilities (2,240 m2).
- New DGAC Facilities: Control tower, SEI quarters, Electrical Substation.
- Expansion of roads and parking lots.
- Expansion of aircraft parking platform (8,100 m2).
- Support Facilities: drinking water, sewage, landscaping, fire, air club, new sewage treatment plant among others.
Investment: USD 32 million (works).
